§ 2-424. Procedures for offering body to university.

In the event that the efforts regarding identification of the body and locating the next of kin are followed and documented as provided in section 2-423, and no person entitled to do so claims the corpse, the coroner shall follow the procedures under law for offering the body to the University of Arkansas School of Medical Sciences.
