§ 22-92. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this division shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined any sum not less than $25.00 or more than $100.00. Each 24-hour period that said violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
