§ 22-91. Permits.

  • Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to make or cause to be made any excavation in any maintained portion of streets or alleys of this county without first obtaining a written permit from the county judge. Permits shall cost $1.00 for the first 50 feet or fraction thereof and $1.00 for each additional 100 feet or fraction thereof. In instances whereby a county agency or any subsidiary thereto applies for a permit, the fee for the permit shall be waived by the county judge.
