§ 14-20. Penalty.

Latest version.

A penalty of $50.00 is hereby affixed to a first offense of willful burning in violation of a burn ban; $200.00 is affixed to a second offense of willful burning within the same ban period; and $500.00 is affixed to a third offense of willful burning within the same period.
