§ 14-19. Findings; purpose.

(a)

There have been instances during periods when a burn ban is in effect that persons have continued to burn on their own property in disregard of said ban.

(b)

In order to protect the health and welfare of the citizens of the county, it is necessary from time to time to issue a burn ban on a county-wide basis.
