§ 8-19. Daily reports required.

  • All pawnbrokers doing business in the county are hereby required to furnish the sheriff of the county at his office daily reports including a detailed record of each and every transaction, including the type of identification displayed by the person from whom the property was received showing fully the name, sex, race, residence address, height, weight, driver's license number, personal identification number issued under A.C.A. § 27-16-805, or the number from some other form of photographic identification of the person and date of birth and general description of each person who shall have pawned, pledged or sold any article during the preceding day, together with a full description of the article pawned, pledged or sold, including, but not limited to, identifying numbers or the serial number, and, in the case of watches, both the number on the case and the number on the works.
