§ 2-369. Office of tax collector and office of delinquent tax collector established.

(a)

The office of sheriff and collector is hereby divided into two separate and distinct county offices.

(b)

The office of delinquent tax collector shall be a part of the office of tax collector. The office of tax collector is authorized to hire one additional employee.
