§ 2-270. Clerk responsible for public notification of meetings.

In addition to all other duties required by law, the county clerk shall be responsible giving the public notification required by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, A.C.A. § 25-19-101 et seq., of regular and special meetings of the quorum court and committees thereof.
