§ 2-91. Attendance at meetings.

No member of any board or commission of the county shall be absent from three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings of such board or commission without a valid excuse, which excuse must be accepted and approved by a majority vote of the membership of the affected board or commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting at which a quorum is present. Acceptance of such excuse by the chairperson of such board or commission shall not be deemed to constitute compliance with this section.
