§ 26-50. Certified appraiser to be on staff.

(a)

The assessor's office will be staffed with a full-time outside appraiser for equal treatment of taxpayers and to create a current value base for revenue. The assessor's office must be staffed with qualified personnel to keep values current and equal.

(b)

A certified appraiser will be profitable to the taxing units and will prevent county-wide reappraisals.
