§ 18-40. Per diem charge.

The county shall charge each and every political subdivision located in the county, and any other governmental entity, a fee of $42.00 per day for housing prisoners in the county detention center. All political subdivisions and other governmental entities located outside of the county, housing prisoners at the county detention center shall be charged the same rate.
