§ 14-50. Dues for volunteer fire departments.

Pursuant to A.C.A. § 14-20-108(a)(1)(b), the quorum court authorizes all county volunteer fire departments to hold a special election or place on the ballot of a general election the issue of the levy of dues for the volunteer fire departments that requested the election.
