§ 10-193. Juvenile division fund.

(a)

There is hereby established a special fund to be entitled the circuit court juvenile division fund.

(b)

All income generated from fees collected pursuant to A.C.A. § 16-13-326 shall be deposited by the county treasurer into the circuit court juvenile division fund created by this section.
